Bumps and Bubs

Come along and join expectant parents and parents with pre-walking children at our Bumps and Bubs playgroup.

The session is designed for you to catch up in a comfortable setting, enjoy a hot drink and a chat. On occasion relevant speakers come along to share their knowledge and discuss issues in a friendly and supportive environment.

When: Every second Tuesday during term time, 10am-12pm
Where: Taieri Parents Centre Rooms, 17 Green Street, Mosgiel
Cost: Free to Taieri Parents Centre Members
Non members: $2 per session

Play Groups

Playgroup runs every Wednesday morning during term time. It’s a great opportunity for parents and caregivers to get together for a coffee and chat while the children are able to play in a safe environment. Our playgroups are certified and funded by the Ministry of Education, meaning we have some excellent resources at our disposal, along with a guideline of activities for each week.

Our Wednesday morning playgroup is from 9:30-11:30am during term time and is open to children up to 5 years old. This is not a structured playgroup. The children are encouraged to pursue free play during these sessions. We have great outdoor facilities with a sandpit, large deck and a variety of bikes for the kids to use. We try to have two outings a term to give the children different experiences (weather dependent).
