About Taieri Parents Centre

Taieri Parents Centre is an independent, volunteer-led centre that is part of the wider Parents Centre Aotearoa network. Our locally-based educator provide professional classes covering pregnancy, labour, childbirth and care of a newborn using evidence-based information, to ensure parents are well-informed and confident going into the early years of parenting.

In Taieri, dedicated volunteers offer additional services and groups to support local parents. These volunteers know that parenting is a huge life change because many of them have been on the same journey. Our groups support parents to feel connected, supported and understood.
